Third generation easy-Radio modules

The ER400TRS-03 / ER900TRS-03 modules are high performance ISM band transceivers capable of narrowband/wideband selection by the user. With compatibility with most of the features from previous easy-Radio products, this new range of modules offers greater performance in areas of distance, throughput, and continues in the easy-Radio ethos providing the easiest route to produce a reliable RF link. New modes are set by default, which provide optimised sensitivity and selectivity in each channel. User selectable options are;

Power: Selectable in 10 steps up to +10dBm
Channels (128 channels @12.5KHz bandwidth, 16 channels at 100KHz bandwidth) RS232 Baud Rate
Bandwidth Selection: 12.5KHz, 25KHz, 50KHz, 100KHz, 150KHz, 200KHz, 300KHz.
RF data rate from 2.4K @ 12.5KHz to 76.8K @ 300KHz
Sensitivity up to -117dBm @ 12.5KHz bandwidth. -107dBm @ default setting (100KHz bandwidth)

		While including all the attractive features of the EZRadio® products such as high integration, low cost, flexibility, low BOM, and easy design-in, these parts are targeted to more sophisticated applications and offer several enhanced parameters and features, including continuous frequency coverage from 240 - 960 MHz, and output power up to +20 dBm. Also included are built-in features like wake-up timer, low battery detector, transmit and receive data FIFOs, power-on reset circuit, and general purpose digital I/Os.
