AKM announced the launch of the AK4373, a 24-bit stereo DAC with advanced digital signal processing and integrated speaker and headphone drivers, designed for portable multimedia applications including Bluetooth headphones and personal navigation devices. The AK4373 is the latest addition to the Audio2go™ product family. The AK4373 supports IIC or SPI for micro controller interface and operates at analogue supply voltages from 2.2V to 3.6V, while the digital interface can operate at voltages down to 1.6V. The headphone and speaker supply can operate at up to 4.0V to allow direct battery connecting. The AK4373 is available in a small 32-pin QFN package (5mm x 5mm), facilitating space reduction in hand-held and portable systems. Datasheet: AK4373

The world's first integrated board solution offers uncompressed long-distance transmission of
•Digital Video up to SVGA resolution
•RS232
over conventional CAT5e-cables up to 25 meters.
The set of boards (Transmitter and Receiver) is prepared for the adaptation to all displays or electronic Equipment with DVI interface. For industrial applic
ations the 18bit TTL RGB interfaces on both ends allow to directly connect small-scale TFT-LC-displays, Industrial or Medical remote terminals. Mixed interfacing, e.g. DVI at Transmitter side and TTL RGB at Receiver side, is possible. Operation of the boards does not require any software drivers (DDC function supported).
