The first available series in UNIFORM sector were the A25L040 Series (4M) and
the A25L080 Series (8M), introduced November 2007. The line is expanded with
A25L010 (1M) and the A25L512 (512K) which are available now. The A25L020 (2M) and A25L016 (16M) are also available. All the new introduced SPI’s, 1M, 512M, 2M, 4M & 16M SPIL Flashes, are 2.7–3.6V, with 4K byte UNIFORM sector and with high speed clock rates UP TO 100Mhz!

The A43E26161 is a 4Mx16 SDRAM which is offering a superior speed performance over a voltage span width from 1.65 till 2.2 Volts. The A43E26161 is available in a compact CSP54 and TSOP54 lead free packages with 0/70,-20/+85 or –40/+85 dgr C temperature ranges.
The A43E16321 is a 2Mx32 SDRAM to support x32bit processing applications. Due to AMIC’s proprietary high performance CMOS technology its dynamic performance is one of the leading in the industry. The A43E16321 is available in CSP90 and TSOP86 with –40/+85 dgr C temperature range option.
